Rick Moranis has a new album coming out.

His last one, the Grammy-nominated The Agoraphobic Cowboy, was released in 2005.

I’m excited for this and would like to invite Rick Moranis to sit in with The Stepfathers any Friday night in May to promote his album. Just show up at Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre before 9pm and tell the box office person “Hi, I’m Rick Moranis and Connor Ratliff said I could do some improv with The Stepfathers tonight and they would let me plug my new album at the end of the show.”

Please make sure all the interns know about this potential situation.

In 1993, when the sculpture and stone mason Jean-Louis Boistel set to renovating the Chapelle de Bethléem (Bethlehem Chapel) in Nantes, France, he decided to add some unorthodox decorations to the 15th century church. While some of the newer stone gargoyles (or, to be more accurate, chimeras) adorning the pinnacles are inspired by Christian tradition, others come from more modern sources—namely television and the movies.

I was in an amazing improv class that just had its last show yesterday. We made a video to promote that show. It’s a video promoting a show that already happened by doing a meme that’s already old. But I’m posting it anyway because these are super awesome people and it’s still funny.

The class was called Exciting Truth and I believe that this video reveals the exciting truth underneath all Harlem Shake videos: Nate Dern just saying “crazy” over and over so that we can dance to it.*
